                                    Continued Public Hearing, Site Plan, Block 147 Lot 13

                                    The site is located on the southern side of Wooleytown Road,

                                    between Texas Road & Tennent Road in the LC zone.  Currently

                                    there are 2 buildings on the lot.  One story prayer hall, second

                                    building is a 2 story building with a use not listed.  The applicant

                                    is proposing to build a 32,596 sf. 2 story Temple/Multi Purpose

                                    Hall along with a 15, 170 sf. 2 story building for Priest Quarters

 

P.B. 987-07                 ESTATE OF VAN MATER – Public Hearing, Preliminary

                                    Major Subdivision, Block 231 Lot 17

                                    The  site is located on the north side of School Road West,

                                    between Scott Drive and Ardmore Road in the R 30/20 zone.

                                    The applicant is proposing to build a 4 lot subdivision with a

                                    cul de sac for access to all 4 lots.  The site will have 2 stormwater

                                    basins.
