                                    Major Subdivision, Block 364 Lot 63

                                    The site is  located approximately 400 ft. from YellowBrook Road

                                    In the R-80 zone.  The site contains 20.15 acres.  The applicant is

                                    proposing to create eight single family lots and a detention basin.

                                    The site is 3.8 acres and is located on the North corner of Amboy

                                    Road & Tennent Road, Block 172 Lot 41 and is zoned IOR.  The

                                    lot is currently being used for residential purposes. 

                                    The applicant is proposing to build a two story office/warehouse

                                    Which  will consist of 7,730 sf. of warehouse & 14,700 sf. of

                                    office space.  There will be two means of ingress/egress, one from

                                    Amboy Road and one from Tennent Road
