                                    Continued Public Hearing – Preliminary Major Subdivision

                                    The site is located on the North side of Old Mill Road

                                    between Barnett Way & Route 79, Block 413 Lots 38 – 40

                                    The site is 9.58 acres and is currently wooded with two dwellings,

                                    2 barns and accessory structures.  The applicant is proposing to

                                    subdivide the site into 12 lots.  They are proposing to remove all

                                    but one of the existing structures and to construct  10 new dwellings.
