The applicant Dorothy Vastola is proposing to subdivide Block 157

Lot 9 into 7 lots. They are proposing 5 residential lots, one open space

Lot and one lot containing a detention basin

P.B. 962-06 MURRAY RESIDENCE – Soil Removal

The site is located on 10 Prescott Drive, Block 233 Lot 13

1,708 cubic yards to be removed due to contaminated soil

P.B. 961-06 PINO’S RESTAURANT - Public Hearing Minor Site Plan

The site is located at 448 Highway 9, Block 299 Lot 109

The applicant is proposing to construct a 480 sf. addition to the

restaurant. The addition is a masonary promenade extension in the

front of the building. No additional improvements are proposed
