                                                Office building.   They are still waiting for an outside agency approval.

                                                The site  is located on Vanderburg Road, Block 214.07 Lot 58

                                                The applicant is proposing to subdivide Block 132 Lot 50 into two(2)  lots

The property has frontage on Beacon Hill Road and Nolan Road.

                                                The plans do no indicate any proposed improvements to either

                                                proposed lot at this time.  There are no waivers/variances being requested.
