ORDINANCE             2007-14 Change the zoning of Lots 25 & 26 in Block 115 from

                                    R-60 to R-20 Residential District and to allow for the development

                                    of four single family residence lots

 

P.B. 979-07                 MANCINI – Public Hearing -  Minor Subdivision

                                    The site is located  on Nolan Road East of Route 79, Block 117

                                    Lot 3.  It is in the R-30/20 zone and consists of 1.6 acres.

                                    The applicant is proposing to subdivide into two lots.

 

P.B. 980-07                 CONOVER HILLS – Public Hearing  - Minor Subdivision

                                    The site is located on Flower Lane  in the R 40/30 zone

                                    and contains 16.61 acres.  The applicant is proposing  to

                                    subdivide into two lots. The lot currently  has a WMUA sanitary

                                    sewer pump station and a drainage basin on the property.

                                    One new lot will be for the existing pump station and one lot

                                    will be dedicated to Marlboro Township of Marlboro

 

 

 

 

P.B. 977-06                 MORELLO PROPERTIES – Public Hearing  -  Preliminary Major Subdivision

                                    The site is  located approximately 400 ft. from Yellow Brook Road,

                                    Block 364 Lot 63 and is in the  R-80 zone.  The site  contains 20.15 acres.

                                    The applicant is proposing to create eight single family lots and a

                                    detention basin.

 

                                    OTHER PLANNING BOARD BUSINESS
