P.B. 924-04                             BOLEN – Continued Public Hearing Minor Subdivision

                                                The applicant and owner is Michael Bolen of 18 Wooleytown

                                                Road,  Morganville.  The applicant is proposing to subdivide

                                                Block 120.02 Lot 37 into 2 lots.  The site is in the RSCS Zone.

                                                They are  requesting variances for front yard setback and side

                                                yard setback.

 

P.B. 826-02                             S & D LANDSCAPING – Extension of Time

                                                Applicant received Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval

                                                by resolution on April 23, 2003 for construction of a 4,832 sq.ft.

                                                warehouse/office building.  They are still waiting for an outside agency  

                                                approval.  The site is located on Vanderburg Road, Block 214.07 Lot 58
