                                    Site Plan.  The property is located on Route 79 and is in the R30-20

                                    Zone.  The applicant is proposing to build a 42” x 48” storage building

                                    And extending the driveway to the proposed building, Block 213 Lot 11

                                    Amended Site Plan.  The  property is located on Amboy Road in the

                                    IOR  Zone.  The applicant is proposing to provide an alternate parking

                                    configuration to stripe and provide 3 parking spaces in front of the

                                    overhead garage doors, where  proposed tenants do not require use of

                                    these doors for vehicular access in a unit, for a total of an additional

                                    81 parking spaces.  The sidewalk configuration around Building A & B

                                    have also changed, Block 178 Lots 293 & 294

                                    Hearing Preliminary & Final Major Subdivision Approval

                                    The site is located on the Easterly side of Tennent Road, between

                                    Union Hill Road & Church Road and is in the R-80 Zone, Block 267

                                    Lots 41 & 42.

                                    The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into 6 lots to

                                    construct 6 single family dwellings of which one will also contain the

                                    wet basin.  There are 2 existing dwellings on the property which will

                                    be replaced with 2 new dwellings, netting 4 additional dwellings.
