                                    Continued Public Hearing, Site Plan, Block 147 Lot 13

                                    The site is located on the Southern side of Wooleytown Road,

                                    Between Texas Road and Tennent Road and is in the LC Zone.

                                    Currently  there are two buildings on the lot.  One story prayer

                                    hall, second building is a two story building with a use not listed.

                                    The applicant is proposing to build a 32,596 sf. two story Temple/

                                    Multi Purpose Hall along with a 15, 170 sf. two story building for

                                    Priest Quarters

P.B. 893-03                 TRIANGLE BUSINESS PARK, LLC – Continued Public Hearing

                                    Amended Site plan.  The site is located on Amboy Road in the IOR

                                    Zone.  The applicant is proposing to provide an alternate parking

                                    Configuration to stripe and provide 3 parking spaces in front of the

                                    Overhead garage doors, where proposed tenants to not require use

                                    Of these doors for vehicular access in a unit, for a total of an additional

                                    81 parking spaces.  The sidewalk configuration around Building

                                    A & B have also changed, Block 178 Lots 293 & 294
