                                    Preliminary & Final Site Plan Approval & Preliminary Subdivision

                                    Approval, Block 122 Lots 27.01 & 27.02

 

P.B. 1042-09               MARLBORO COMMONS – Public Hearing – Preliminary  & Final

                                    Major Subdivision & Preliminary & Final Site Plan

                                    The site is  approximately 14 acres & contains approximately

                                    697 feet of frontage along Route 9 to the east & 558 feet of

                                    Frontage along Route 520 in the C-3 zone, Block  270, Lots 9, 10,

                                    11 & p/o of Lot 12.

                                    The applicant is seeking approval to develop Lot “A” with a 65,015 s.f.

                                    supermarket, with an attached 51,500 s.f. two story retail building & a

                                    1,000 s.f. retail building. Lot “B” will contain the existing bank and

                                    Lot “C” will contain a 14,742 s.f. retail building.

                                    The 0.9 acre site contains 118 feet of frontage along Route 9, approximately

                                    697 feet south from Route 520 in the C-3 zone, Block 270 Lot 12.

                                    Currently the property contains an approximately 3,260 s.f. automotive

                                    Service facility(AAMCO).

                                    A 7,167 s.f. portion of the  lot near the northwest corner is being conveyed

                                    to adjoining Lot 11 and will be included with application # 1042-09.
