                                    to rezone certain lots to the Multi-Family District IV in accordance

                                    with the settlement agreement between the Township and OHAD Assoc.

                                    Approval, Block 267 Lots 41 & 42

                                    The site is located on the easterly side of Tennent Road, between

                                    Union Hill Road & Church Road in the R-80 zone.

                                    The applicant is proposing to subdivide the property into 6 lots

                                    to construct 6 single family dwellings of which one will also

                                    contain the wet basin.  There are 2 existing dwellings on the

                                    property which will be replaced with 2 new dwellings, netting 4

                                    additional dwellings.
