                                    The applicant is proposing to build a 145,267 sq.ft. store.  A gas station and

                                    kiosk is proposed to the North of the Costco building.  The applicant

                                    proposes to remove the existing movie theater and create additional

                                    parking in its place.  The site is accessible  by driveways off of Route 9 and
