                                    Stewarts restaurant in the A & P shopping Center, Route 520 & 79

                                    Block 207 Lot 20

 

P.B. 1042-09               MARLBORO COMMONS – Continued Public Hearing – Preliminary

                                    & Final Major Subdivision & Preliminary &Final Site Plan

                                    The site is approximately 14 acres & contains approximately 697 ft.of

                                    frontage along Route 9 to the east & 558 ft. of frontage along Route 520

                                    in the C-3 Zone, Block 270, Lots 9,10,11 & p/o Lot 12.

                                    The applicant is seeking approval to develop Lot “A” with a 65,015 s.f.

                                    supermarket, with an attached 51,500 s.f. retail building & a 1,000 s.f.

                                    retail building.  Lot”B” will contain the existing bank & Lot “C” will

                                    contain a 14,742 s.f. retail building.

                                    The 0.9 acre site contains 118 ft. of frontage along Route 9, approximately

                                    697 ft. south of Route 520 in the C-3 Zone, Block 270 Lot 12.

                                    Currently the site contains a 3,260 s.f. automotive service facility. A 7,167 s.f.

                                    portion of the lot near the northwest corner is being conveyed to adjoining
