Dear Marlboro Resident,
Perhaps you have not as yet heard about our unparalleled and award-winning Teen Advisory Committee (TAC) or experienced first-hand all of the "DO GOOD!" volunteer services that our teens provide in our community??
TAC currently has 1900 registered members, but is still in "growth mode," so if you have a son or daughter between the ages of 13-18 (or who is currently 12 but will be 13 in calendar year 2017), then we encourage you to have them attend the TAC meeting on Thursday, March 30, 2017, at 8:00 pm in the Courtroom at the Municipal Building. The meeting will end promptly at 9:30 pm.
At the meeting on March 30, TAC will be having its annual elections for several open seats on its Executive Committee, so this will be a wonderful opportunity for your son/daughter to experience being a part of a "teen democracy." You are of course welcome to stay for the meeting and see for yourself what TAC is all about!
All teen attendees will receive free pizza prior to the meeting, so please arrive a few minutes early.
To register for TAC and to receive e-mails about TAC community service opportunities (“Do Good!”), please click here: http://marlboro-nj.gov/TAC-registration.html.
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday March 30!
