SPECIAL MEETING

TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MARLBORO, NEW JERSEY

In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of 1975, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., commonly known as the Open Public Meetings Act, the Township Council of the Township of Marlboro, New Jersey announces that there will be a Special Meeting held on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 7:45 p.m.

Pursuant to law this notice has been posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building, filed with the City Clerk, and forwarded to Asbury Park Press and News Transcript at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date and time.

Formal action may be taken.  The meeting will be held at Township Hall, located at 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey.  This meeting is open to the public.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and potentially authorize by resolution the execution of an amendment to the Regional Contribution Agreement executed between the Township of Marlboro and the City of Trenton. 

An opportunity for citizens to be heard will be provided at the meeting.
