PUBLIC NOTICE

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular Marlboro Township Council Workshop Meeting scheduled for March 1, 2007 has been postponed to March 5, 2007 at 8:00 PM at the Marlboro Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, N.J.

     The Public Hearings previously scheduled for March 1^st

will now be held on March 5^th, as follows:

Ordinance #2007-4 – Amend Chapter 4 – Height of  Buildings

Summary

Ordinance #2007-4 amends Chapter 84 “Land Use Development and Regulations” to clarify that the maximum building height in the following zoning districts is 35 feet: MDF Multifamily District, MFD-I Multifamily District, MFD-II Multifamily District, SCMFD-I Senior Citizen Multifamily District I, SCMFD-II Senior Citizen Multifamily District II, MFPHD Multifamily/Patio Home District and PAC-III Planned Adult Community District. 

     Ordinance #2007-6 – Allowing Sponsorship of Non-

     Residents – Swim Facility

Summary

     Ordinance #2007-6 amends Chapter 132 “Township Swim Utility, Marlboro Swim Club and Marlboro Aquatic Center” to allow each Marlboro Swim Club resident membership to sponsor a non-resident family or individual for membership in the Marlboro Swim Club or Marlboro Aquatic Center and establishes requirements and fees associated with a non-resident sponsored membership.  The Ordinance also sets forth updated fees with respect to certain other memberships in the Marlboro Swim Club and Marlboro Aquatic Center.
