PUBLIC NOTICE 

TAKE NOTICE that the Marlboro Township Council will hold a

“Special” Council meeting on December 18, 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Marlboro Municipal Complex, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, N. J.  07746.  The purpose of this special meeting is to take formal action on the following resolutions/ordinances:

   1.  Res. #2009-423 – Second Reading                             

       Ord. #2009-045 – Dissolution of MTMUA 

   2.  Res. #2009-424 – Second Reading

       Ord. #2009-046 – Creating Water Utility Division

   3.  Res. #2009-425 – Second Reading

       Ord. #2009-047 – Bond Ordinance in connection with MTMUA dissolution 

4. Res. #2009-460 – Authorizing the refunding of outstanding obligations of the MTMUA and other necessary                             actions required in connection therewith

 Pursuant to Resolution #2009-24 concerning the rules of order of meetings of the Township Council, Citizen’s Voice for special meetings is limited to 15 minutes.
