Continuation of a Public hearing for approval of a use variance to utilize more than 15% gross floor area for retail use, with insufficient lot area, frontage, front yard setback and buffering at 176 Tennent Road, Block 172, Lot 41, in the IOR zone.

 

ZB 06-6243 – Spade, William

Continuation of a public hearing for approval of a use variance and minor sub-division and construction of a single family residential dwelling located at the corner of Wooleytown and Texas Roads, Block 120.01, Lot 15, in the RSCS zone.
