Continuation of a public hearing for approval of a use variance to construct a new 2,982 sq.ft. single family residential dwelling while continuing to dwell in existing residence on an undersized lot with insufficient lot area frontage, width side yard setbacks and exceeding permitted lot coverage.  Existing residence to be demolished within thirty (30) days of CO on new dwelling located at 32 Reids Hill Road, Morganville , NJ 07751, Block 154, Lot 15, in the LC zone.

Continuation of a public hearing for approval to construct a two-story (40,000 sq. ft.) medical building on a site that already has an existing two-story building that houses a spa business, in excess of F.A.R., requiring a use variance for more than one principal use on a lot, exceeding permitted lot coverage and associated bulk variances at Route 520, Block 213, Lots 8 and 9 in the OPT-II zone.
