SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

Please take Notice, that on Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at 8:00 p.m., a Special Meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Marlboro Township Board of Education Building at 1980 Township Drive. The purpose of this meeting will be to hear:

ZB 05-6198 The Grande at Marlboro aka Brownstone Commons – Public hearing for preliminary and final site plan approval for construction of a 23,821 sq. ft., two (2) story, age restricted residential rental complex consisting of thirty (30), one (1) bedroom and sixty (60), two (2) bedroom units, with amenities and site improvements at 362 Route 9, Block 299, Lot 3, in the C-3 zone.
