Please take Notice, that on Wednesday, June 1, 2005, at 8:00 p.m., a Special Meeting will be held by the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the new Caucus Room at Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting will be to hear:

Continuation of a public hearing for approval of use and site plan, to construct a 21,000 sq. ft. building to house a dance studio and office warehouse building where the dance school use is not permitted at 8 Timber Lane, Marlboro, Block 360.02, Lots 12 & 13, Located in the LI zone.
