Recycling Schedule
RECYCLING SCHEDULE
To determine which Recycling Zone your residence is located in, click here. Once you have identified the zone, click here to determine the corresponding recycling collection date or here to determine your leaf and brush collection dates.
Note: If recyclables are not at your curbside by 7:00 AM on the designated collection date, they may not be collected. No pick-ups (or make-up dates) will be made on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day. If you have any questions concerning your pickup, please call Waste Management, Inc. at 800-348-6161. If your questions are not answered to your satisfaction within 24 hours, please call 732-536-9295.
CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT
Marlboro's contract with its recycling hauler provides for monetary damages if the contractor fails to provide proper service. The contract also provides the contractor an opportunity to rectify a deficiency prior to establishing penalties for non-performance. Residents are encouraged to call the Solid Waste/Recycling Bureau at 732-536-9295 to discuss recycling collection problems. |

*Please place your materials curbside by 7AM, on your scheduled dates. Leaves must be in piles, not bags. Bagged debris will not be picked up except on the following streets: Beacon Hill Road, Collier Lane, Nolan Road, Old Mill Road, Route 79, Route 520 from Tennent Road to Route 9, School Road East from Route 79 to the golf course, Tennent Road, Ticetown Road, Union Hill Road, and Wyncrest Road from the Marlboro Public Library to Route 79. Please do not block storm water catch basins. Rake leaves to the gutter line, not into the middle of the street. Remove all brush, grass, branches, yard waste, pinecones, and garbage from leaf piles. Branches over 1" in diameter must be tied in neat bundles at the curb, no more than 4 feet in length and 2 feet across. Branches over 1" in diameter should be placed neatly and separately at the curb (ready for chipping), with the cut ends facing in the same direction. The bundles and branches should be kept separately or stacked less than 30" in height.THE TOWNSHIP WILL PICK UP A TOTAL OF 5 CUBIC YARDS OF DEBRIS FROM ANY RESIDENCE. PER SCHEDULED PICK UP
