It is an exciting new initiative that can help stabilize or reduce the municipal portion of your residential property taxes! By making a sustained commitment towards keeping our purchasing dollars for goods and services in Marlboro, we strengthen our local shops and businesses. In doing so, Marlboro becomes a more desirable location option for new or expanding businesses. If new businesses come to Marlboro, then we will add needed commercial tax ratables to our Town, which will then help shift the property tax burden from the residential to the commercial taxpayer! |
