Marlboro Township Green Team
LOGO CONTEST
Deadline: April 14th, 2010

To all High School Students who reside in Marlboro Township:
We want you to create a unique and innovative logo for the Marlboro Township Green Team.
The Marlboro Township Green Team is a Mayoral created, Council appointed committee, created to examine and present local solutions for climate change issues. It is the aim of this team to increase community awareness of sources of global warming and to outline positive steps that can be taken to reduce Marlboro Township's carbon footprint. Working in cooperation with local residents, businesses, and institutions as well as various state agencies, the Marlboro Township Green Team and Municipal Government will achieve the targets of a sustainable community and New Jersey's energy master plan.

Requirements:
Original designs must be formatted to fit within a 6 inch by 8 inch rectangle and must be able to be enlarged for display material or reduced for use on business cards or letterhead.  The logo can be a graphic image, text, or a combination of the two and may be produced electronically or drawn by hand.   We are looking for a simple graphic logo. Slogans will be considered as well.

Submission Process:
Logos may be submitted by email (in jpg or pdf format), indicate 'green team logo contest' on the subject line, to greenteam@marlboro-nj.gov

Before any announcement of winners, reprint or use, a guardian’s permission will be requested.
The contest is only open to high school students who live in Marlboro Township
