Voter Registration Voter Registration Application forms are available at the Municipal Complex during normal business hours. To be qualified to apply, you must be a citizen of the United States and, by the date of the next election, be at least 18 years old. You must also be a resident of New Jersey and your county for at least 30 days. The Commissioner of Registration will notify you upon receipt of this form.
