Vendors may ship or mail their bid/proposal to the following address:

Please ensure that bid/proposal submission envelope clearly bears the name and address of the vendor, the name and number of the bid or request for proposals and the date of the opening

If a Vendor wishes to hand-deliver the bid/proposal, the sealed response may be deposited in the secure drop box located in the front vestibule of the Township of Marlboro Administration Building. Responses left in the drop box will be collected and recorded daily.

In-person hand deliveries of submissions the day of the opening will be collected and recorded in the Administration Building Lobby.

Receipts for hand-delivers will be provided upon request.

Vendors that desire to attend the bid openings shall wait outside the Administration Building Lobby, we ask that attendee arrive no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled opening, Vendors will be escorted to the corresponding room for the bid opening.

The Township will not be responsible for late mail deliveries and no bids will be accepted if received after the time stipulated in the Notice to Bidders Marlboro Township Administration Department.
