SUPERVISOR WATER UTILITY OPERATIONS – MARLBORO TOWNSHIP, MONMOUTH COUNTY Seeking a full-time supervisor of a municipal water utility operation which includes a treatment and distribution system servicing approximately 8,600 service lines, 30,000 customers. Responsible for the overall management of water production, treatment, distribution including the operation and maintenance of pumping, storage, water quality testing sampling activities, distribution system maintenance/improvements and meter reading. Assists Engineering Project Manager in maintaining records, establishing/updating of procedures, and compliance with applicable Federal, State and Municipal regulations. Coordinates with Supervisor of Accounts on billing issues. Manages 6 full-time direct reports. Qualified candidate must be a High School graduate, be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and ERIS ArcGIS, possess a minimum of five years’ experience in all aspects of water production/treatment, construction, distribution, meter reading and service work in a water supply environment. Candidate must possess strong organizational, project management and communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the direct supervision of personnel. T-1 and W-1 NJ licenses desirable with ability to obtain advanced licensing within 2 years. Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license.
