Weekend Update

Dear Resident,

Marlboro office of Emergency Management has been tracking another coastal storm system and the National Weather Service has issued an Areal Flood Watch.  Rain of 2 to 4 inches is expected with localized amounts of 6-8 inches possible.  With the grounds already saturated from last week’s Tropical Storm, roads and grounds may become quickly flooded.  (STORM LETTER) With brush collection beginning next week by zone, it is especially important that residents follow the guidelines in place to keep the streets clear and allow water to flow freely to the outlets. See below for more.

Save the date for our Marlboro Day Fall Festival on October 22 from noon to 5 as we celebrate our community with an autumn theme. Please mark your calendars and I hope to see you there.

This Sunday marks the beginning of the final month of the Marlboro Farmers Market season and we celebrate Back to School at the Market. The kids can enjoy coloring bookmarks and a market food page.  Parents can shop the vendors and stock up on fruits and vegetables in season, bread, cheese, gelato, guacamole, soups and much more. Check out this week’s scheduled vendors HERE and FLYER. Look for market updates on Facebook and Instagram.

Please read on for upcoming events and programs.
